This strategic leadership role offers partnership potential for a dynamic professional ready to drive client relationships, mentor teams, and shape the future of public sector auditing.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead complex government and nonprofit audit engagements from planning through execution
• Serve as primary client relationship manager for key public sector accounts
• Direct and develop professional staff while ensuring technical excellence
• Drive business development initiatives and proposal
• Provide subject matter expertise in GASB standards and governmental accounting
• Oversee engagement economics including budgeting, billing, and profitability
• Contribute to firm growth through strategic client acquisition and team development

Required Qualifications:

• Active CPA license with 7-10 years of public accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years at Manager level in government/public sector auditing
• Proven expertise in GASB, GAGAS (Yellow Book), and Uniform Guidance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Demonstrated success in business development and proposal writing
• Excellence in team leadership and staff mentoring
• Strong project management and client relationship skills
