Audit Manager/Senior Manager looking for partnership

Central Houston | Independent CPA Firm

An established, independent accounting firm in Central Houston is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager who is ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to partnership.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage audits for privately held businesses and high-net-worth clients

• Oversee engagement teams and mentor staff

• Build client relationships and contribute to business development

• Ensure quality control and compliance across engagements

• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategy and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• CPA required

• 10–20 years of public accounting audit experience

• Background in private client services or closely held businesses

• Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in firm ownership
