As an Audit Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the completion of on-budget financial statement audits. Key Responsibilities of the Audit Manager

• Lead and oversee multiple engagement teams concurrently to complete financial statement audits.
• Communicate consistently with clients regarding engagement expectations, resolving issues promptly.
• Train, coach, and supervise staff and senior associates, providing regular, constructive feedback.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to clients, offering insight into process improvement and risk management.
• Partner with colleagues on proposals, business development initiatives, and recruiting efforts.
• Collaborate across teams, whether onsite, in-office, or remotely, with flexibility to balance client and team needs.
• Continue building technical and leadership skills through formal training and firm-sponsored development opportunities.

Audit Manager Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive public accounting experience with a mid-to-large firm ( public accounting experience required; internal audit does not qualify ).
• Active CPA license (required).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
• Ability to work in the office in Jacksonville, FL 32202
• Able to work without sponsorship (now or in the future)
