Overview: We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive engineering knowledge and be proficient in using CAD software similar to AutoCAD. This role requires strong English communication skills for regular customer interaction, along with proficiency in handling emails, spreadsheets, and SharePoint. The engineer should be adept at interpreting soil test results and determining appropriate pool base requirements. Collaboration with team members, particularly with myself, and familiarity with Microsoft Teams are essential aspects of this position. Job Description: -Utilize engineering expertise to design and oversee construction projects. -Use CAD software to create detailed engineering designs and drawings. -Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide solutions. -Analyze soil test reports and recommend suitable foundation solutions. -Calculate and specify materials required for pool bases and other relevant structures. -Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget. -Maintain documentation and project records in SharePoint and other relevant platforms. -Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in civil engineering.
