Join one of Central Florida's most respected law firms in a newly created role driven by growing client demand. This position offers experienced attorneys the chance to manage meaningful, high-volume Workers' Compensation defense cases with both autonomy and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years post-bar experience (minimum 1 year in Florida Workers' Compensation)
  • JD from an accredited law school; active Florida Bar membership
  • Proven ability to manage claims independently from start to finish
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $110,000–$135,000 base salary (DOE)
  • Quarterly $1,500 bonus for meeting minimum billables
  • Additional productivity-based bonuses (based on billables, not collections)
  • Firm-paid health, life, and long-term insurance
  • PTO, 401(k) with employer match, covered parking, gym membership
  • Mentorship, professional development, and CLE reimbursement

Billable Hours: 1,800 annually (salary based on meeting minimum; higher productivity increases bonus potential)
