This role involves defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare institutions in medical malpractice matters. The firm is hiring across experience levels, from junior associates to seasoned counsel attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and respond to discovery documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings and motion practice
• Perform legal and medical research
• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 – $200,000 depending on experience

Ideal Candidate

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York Bar
• At least 2 years of civil litigation experience (medical malpractice defense )
