About the Opportunity
As Senior Employment Law Trial Attorney, you'll lead litigation strategies and first-chair trials in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, wage & hour issues, and trade secrets. You'll handle some of the most sensitive and high-profile employment cases in California, working alongside an elite team of litigators dedicated to achieving impactful results.
Your Impact
- Lead complex employment law trials from inception through verdict and post-trial motions
- Drive case strategy, discovery, and motion practice with creativity and precision
- Take first-chair responsibility in trial presentations, advocating before judges and juries
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys and litigation support staff
- Deliver exceptional client service while upholding the highest standards of ethics
What You Bring
- J.D. and active California Bar membership
- 5+ years of trial experience with lead or co-lead counsel roles in employment law
- Proven track record of first-chair trial success in complex, high-stakes matters
- Mastery of written and oral advocacy, with strong courtroom presence
- Leadership, collaboration, and excellent client relationship skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000 – $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
