Description

We are seeking an (2) Attorneys to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. We are looking for entry level and also attorneys with 3 to 5 years' experience.

Responsibilities:

Minimum requirements to be considered for the position:

JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school

Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Litigation experience in insurance defense but not required

Responsibilities include motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court experiences and trial preparation.

Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.

Compensation commensurate with experience. Updated resume required to apply.

Requirements

Previous experience in Personal Injury, Bodily Harm as well as Construction Defect

Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in the industry and the above referenced

Familiarity with various legal documents

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
