The Role

• Manage commercial cases from intake through trial
• Develop litigation strategy and draft persuasive briefs
• Act as primary client contact and liaison with opposing counsel
• Supervise paralegals and legal assistants
• Conduct deep legal research and pre-litigation counseling
• Balance multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

• Base salary $225,000–$260,000 DOE plus bonus potential
• Hybrid schedule (2–3 days remote) with 1,800 billable target
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k) with match
• Unlimited attorney PTO, 10 sick days, and paid Community Action Day
