We are seeking a Manager to join our Oil & Gas Assurance practice, able to sit in various office locations. We seek someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Collaborate to plan audit objectives and determine an audit strategy.

Lead multiple audit engagements and manage competing priorities.

Review, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards.

Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.

Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals.

Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements.

Assess staff performance for engagement evaluations.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.

5+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.

Experience with oil & gas clients.

CPA certification.

/Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent.

1+ year of supervisory experience.

Salary Range:

In Minnesota and Illinois, the expected range is $80,000 to $140,000. In other locations, the range may vary based on market . Compensation is determined by experience and other factors.

Location:

New York

For NYC and California, the expected salary range is between $85,000 and $150,000. Actual compensation depends on experience and other factors.
