All Dry Services of Fort Worth is looking to add to our team with the position of associate technician!

The associate technician position is an entry level position into the field of water mitigation and mold remediation.

Qualifications: Ideal candidate is someone who enjoys learning new skills, working with their hands and is interested in continuing to grow in their career and compensation with All Dry Services of Fort Worth. We provide comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will live in the metropolitan Fort Worth area. Daily responsibilities include:

Assist lead technicians on water mitigation and mold remediation jobs.

Utilize CRM to document job data.

Some knowledge/experience working in homes or apartments (demo drywall, disconnecting sink pipes/ supply lines for removal…) but not a requirement. All work responsibilities will be taught via hands on experience, mentoring with experienced Lead Technician and classes. Additionally, availability to work emergency jobs from time to time on weekends/ holidays a requirement.

High school diploma a minimum requirement.

Compensation: $18/hr plus overtime plus bonuses for certain jobs. All Dry also pays for all required trainings needed as well as tools to complete jobs. We are looking for someone who is motivated by maximizing their compensation, serving our customers and having fun in a team environment.
