A growing boutique planning consultancy in Winchester is looking to appoint an Associate Town Planner to join its expanding team. Working closely with Directors, you'll take ownership of a varied caseload across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, managing projects from initial appraisal through to determination and appeal.

The role is suited to an MRTPI-qualified planner with at least five years' post-qualified experience, gained in consultancy, local authority or both. You'll be confident managing client relationships, preparing high-quality planning submissions and advising on planning strategy across a range of development projects.
