Drive the future of sustainable design in the built environment.\n\nAre you a passionate sustainability leader ready to take on a high-impact role shaping the direction of a major design practice's sustainability offering? This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate to help grow a well-established sustainability team and expand their footprint within the London market.\n\nThe Role \n As an Associate, you'll take a leading role in business development, client engagement, and strategic project delivery, helping to position the practice at the forefront of sustainable and net-zero design.\n\nWhile you will oversee a talented Building Physics team, this role is not technical in nature - instead, it's focused on leading people, building relationships, and driving growth. You'll act as the lead consultant across multiple projects, offering holistic sustainability advice that integrates environmental design, carbon reduction, and energy strategy.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nDeveloping new and existing client relationships to drive business growth across the London market.\nActing as the lead sustainability consultant, providing strategic and holistic advice on sustainable and net-zero design.\nOverseeing the Building Physics team to ensure technical excellence, without the need for deep hands-on modelling expertise.\nManaging multiple projects and coordinating input from sustainability, engineering, and architecture teams.\nRepresenting the business externally at events, client meetings, and industry forums.About You\n We're looking for someone who:\n\nHas broad experience across sustainability and net-zero design, ideally from a consultancy or design-led background.\nThrives in client-facing environments and enjoys business development, networking, and relationship-building.\nUnderstands key sustainability frameworks, carbon management principles, and environmental performance metrics.\nHas experience managing projects and multidisciplinary teams.\nPossesses leadership qualities and enjoys mentoring others.Why Join?
