Associate Structural Engineer\n\nWarwick\n\n£55k-£60k plus benefits\n\nAre you an Associate level Structural Engineer? Do you want to join a well-established friendly consultancy based in Warwick? Our client is expanding its building structures team and they are on the lookout for an Associate Structural Engineer to head up a growing section of the company.\n\nYou will be responsible for working with existing clients as well as generating new ones, through a good reputation and high standards.\n\nResponsibilities:\n * Preparing structural calculations and producing structural reports\n * Mentoring Graduate Engineers\n * Managing several projects at one time, including commercial, industrial and residential\n * Chartered MICE or MIStructE, or desire to achieve Chartered status\n * Experienced with structural appraisal of both commercial structures and domestic housing stock\n * Design skills in a wide range of materials which must include a good design knowledge of concrete, masonry, and steel\n * Be highly motivated with excellent communication skills\n * Have the ability to work under the minimum of supervision to tight deadlines\n * Track record of problem solving and project management\n\nThe role offers excellent career progression opportunities within a friendly and professional team that is proud of the quality of the service it delivers to its clients and has a clear vision for innovation.\n\nIf you have the desired skills and want to learn more about this wonderful opportunity send your CV to Graham Ventham at Conrad Consulting
