THE VACANCY

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Contracts and Projects Construction Senior Associate Solicitor 5 + PQE

You will be a member of a market leading team, known for their extensive portfolio of work, advising on some of the the most challenging and innovative projects across the globe

The firm advises construction professionals, contractors, employers, operators, investors, and their insurers, across a wide range of industry sectors, providing all aspects of project advice

The role will be broad ranging and will cover; procurement, engineering, and construction contracts This will include consultant's appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third party rights and security documentation, joint venture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this opportunity you will have a solid background handling international construction/engineering contracts

The role would suit those with private practice and/or in house experience looking to make a transition to a role offering long term carer prospects

Applicants with experience of, engineering and construction contracts and PFI and PPP work would be of particular interest
