We are seeking an Associate Scientist with hands-on industrial R&D and formulation experience to support consumer product development.

This is an R&D/product development role, not a routine QC/QA laboratory position. Please apply only if you meet the core requirements below.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or Associate’s degree with relevant industrial chemistry experience.
- Hands-on industrial experience in formulation, product development, or R&D is required.
- Experience developing, modifying, and testing prototype formulations.
- Strong laboratory experience conducting chemical, physical, and application testing.
- Ability to review experimental data, interpret results, conclude, and recommend next steps.
- Strong technical documentation and laboratory notebook skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and evaluate prototype formulations.
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments.
- Test product performance and competitive offerings.
- Analyze experimental data and recommend formulation improvements.
- Maintain detailed laboratory records.
- Coordinate laboratory, third-party, and consumer testing.
- Support product development through commercialization.
- Follow all laboratory, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
