We’re looking for an Associate Raw Materials Buyer with experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you’ll work with vendors, negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders, and ensure we have the right raw materials—on time and within budget. If you have a background in manufacturing, metals, or raw materials and want to grow in procurement, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase and source raw materials for manufacturing

• Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships

• Prepare, process, and track purchase orders

• Verify accuracy in pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules

• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams

• Support contract negotiations to secure competitive terms

• Ensure all materials meet quality and compliance standards

• Research market trends and prepare supplier performance reports

• Manage surplus materials for repurposing or disposal

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain

• Knowledge of manufacturing, metals, or raw materials

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills

• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
