HM Tile Installation, LLC is a growing commercial stone and tile contractor based in Edison, New Jersey, servicing commercial, hospitality, and retail projects throughout the NYC Metro market. We are seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to start a long-term career in construction project management.

This entry-level role is designed for candidates who have recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field and want hands-on exposure to commercial stone and tile construction. You will work closely with experienced project managers, estimators, and field teams to learn all phases of project execution—from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid preparation using construction drawings and specifications
- Review, interpret, and assist with layouts, shop drawings, and coordination using AutoCAD (required)
- Utilize Bluebeam for drawing review, markups, and takeoffs
- Support project documentation and communication using Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and daily logs
- Assist with scheduling, material coordination, labor tracking, and cost control
- Support field teams with job site coordination, quality control, and safety compliance
- Communicate with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support successful project execution

Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- AutoCAD proficiency required
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Procore (training provided)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites throughout the NYC Metro market
- Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
