They are a dynamic and forward-thinking business, offering senior professionals the opportunity to work with some of the region’s leading Consultants while playing a key role in the growth of the business. \n\nTHE POSITION \n\nThey are actively looking to recruit an Associate Project Manager to take a leadership role in both project delivery and client management. \n\nThe successful candidate will take full responsibility for delivering projects from inception to completion, while also contributing to the strategic growth of the business.

Responsibilities will include: \n\nLeading and overseeing multiple projects across a range of sectors \n\nActing as a senior point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships \n\nProviding strategic input on project delivery, programme, cost, and risk management \n\nSupporting business development \n\nContributing to the overall growth and direction of the Birmingham office \n\nProjects typically range in value from £1 million to £50 million  \n\nTHE CANDIDATE \n\nThe successful Associate Project Manager must: \n\nHold a relevant degree \n\nHave extensive experience working as a Project Manager within a Consultancy or Main Contracting environment \n\nHave a strong track record of delivering Property / Building projects from inception to completion \n\nDemonstrate excellent client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills \n\nHave strong commercial awareness and business development capability \n\nIdeally be chartered (MRICS, MAPM) or working towards chartership \n\nWHY YOU SHOULD APPLY \n\nOpportunity to lead some of the region’s most high-profile projects \n\nKey leadership role with influence over project delivery and team development \n\nClear pathway to Director level \n\nJoin a market-leading Consultancy with an excellent reputation \n\nINTERESTED? \n\nApply in confidence to this advert or contact Emma Sierens on (phone number removed) for more information
