Job Title: Senior/ Associate Project Manager

Location: Manchester city centre (hybrid)

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 basic salary including car allowance + excellent benefits package

Note: Experience in a construction/real estate consultancy delivering build/refurbishments is essential. Finance/IT/Marketing/ Digital backgrounds will NOT be considered.

The Role

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and design documentation.

• Lead meetings, set agendas, and follow up on tasks to drive progress.

• Coordinate proposals, review bids, and ensure procurement aligns with project requirements.

• Monitor financials, processing invoices and change orders with precision.

• Deliver timely project reports, highlighting key updates and challenges.

• Handle multiple projects efficiently, identifying solutions to potential issues.
