Associate Project Manager

- Maintain crucial well-rounded knowledge about the manufacturing process, materials, furniture/ millwork construction, and installation practices.
- Responsible for preconstruction management of assigned multiple projects from award to completion; including coordinating drafting, scheduling, procurement & inventory management, production-assist, closeout/ safety documentation and client management.
- Cross functionally working with Estimating, Production & Trade Partners.
- Review specifications on architectural and design drawings for submittals in shop drawings. Detail typical millwork connections and collaborate with production to showcase innovative millwork engineering for custom solutions.
- Collaborate with Arch/Design team as needed for changes and/or approvals of shops and submittals.
- Manage the mock-up process for review and sign-off prior to full production roll-out.
- Coordinate info and set expectations with trade partners supplying materials and finished components and/or services.
- Track the timeline progression for all preconstruction work on projects.
- Provide resolutions to mitigate any major delays and deliver on-track goods and services.
- Ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the contracted time frame.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
