Associate Power Systems Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of power systems professionals, ensuring high performance and alignment with company values.
Oversee project delivery as Project Manager, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
Provide expert technical input and review models and reports for power systems projects.
Support business development through client engagement, proposal preparation, and marketing initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning, recruitment, and capability development within the team.
Experience
PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Power Systems or similar.
Chartered Engineer status with IET or equivalent professional body.
Extensive consultancy experience in the power sector.
Strong understanding of electrical power system components and their functionalities.
Proficiency in power system modelling and analysis at transmission and distribution levels.
Proven experience in project and line management, as well as bid preparation.
Established network of industry contacts and clients.
