Associate Landscape Architect
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Associate Landscape Architect with 1215 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading projects and multidisciplinary teams managing complex design processes and ensuring high-quality delivery that meets both client needs and project deadlines. This role requires a balance of design excellence technical expertise and leadership capabilities to guide teams through all phases of landscape and urban design projects.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning design and delivery of a wide range of landscape architecture and urban design projects from concept to completion.

Manage and mentor project teams fostering collaboration innovation and professional growth.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals and expectations.

Oversee project schedules resources and budgets ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

Review and provide quality assurance for design documents technical drawings and reports.

Contribute to business development efforts including proposals presentations and client relationship management.

Collaborate with other disciplines (planning architecture engineering environmental design) to provide integrated design solutions.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices sustainability standards and innovative design approaches.
Qualifications :

Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent).

1215 years of relevant professional experience in landscape architecture and urban design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in significant projects across various sectors (urban design public realm infrastructure mixed-use developments etc.).

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication presentation and client management skills.

Proficiency in design and project management software (AutoCAD Revit Adobe Creative Suite GIS BIM etc.).

Professional licensure or chartership (preferred).

Accredited BSAL or MLA from an accredited program is preferred.

Experience in International companies in the US/China/EU is desirable.
