Position:

Associate in Infrastructure and Projects Advisory within our Deal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

Review, analyze, and recommend improvements to construction management processes and internal controls.

Lead construction contract reviews, project oversight, and monitoring for large capital projects.

Define and implement recommendations including policies, procedures, roles, responsibilities, reporting, and supporting IT systems.

Conduct project reviews to evaluate progress, change orders, claims, schedule delays, and productivity issues.

Collaborate with teams to perform fieldwork, data analysis, documentation, and prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

Minimum one year of recent experience in construction management or advisory services on large capital projects.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields; professional certifications are a plus.

Experience managing full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, scheduling, and closeout.

Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Primavera, and others.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
