Job Description

Associate Electrical Design Engineer\n\nAn International, vibrant and dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy in London are looking for an Associate Electrical Design Engineer due to securing a number of exciting and prestigious projects across the UK and Europe.\n\nYou will be working across a broad range of sectors and they are looking for a strong leader who can manage multiple projects whilst being in a client facing position to enable collaboration and a clear and rapid scheme development.\n\nResponsibilities will include:\n\nManage a team of engineers to inspire them to produce clear designs on exciting projects\n\t\nOwnership of clients and projects\n\t\nManage and control resources and fees on projects to ensure quality, accuracy and effective and timely delivery.\n\t\nImprove standards and quality of designs by providing advice and technical support to the team to achieve successful design and delivery of projects.\n\t\nLiaise with internal and external design teams, clients and other third parties.\n\t\nLead and assist in the preparation and development of calculations, analysis, details, models, reports, schematics, specifications and layout drawings, etc.\n\t\nTeam project resource costs\n\t\nContribute to, and assist in compiling, bids for the firm.\n\t\nMaintain regular contact with existing clients, build on existing relationships and develop new areas of activity.\n\nThere is an amazing package on offer which includes:\n\n9-Day Fortnight (not compressed hours - we give one genuinely free rest day every fortnight with no change to salary).\n\t\nPaid professional membership.\n\t\nPrivate Healthcare scheme\n\t\nPension scheme (matched contribution up to 5%).\n\nFor more information, please contact Matt Jones on (phone number removed) or (url removed)
