We are seeking an experienced Town Planner for an Associate Director role with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will manage diverse planning projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, and specialist housing for older people. You'll be key in client relationship building and project delivery, working both autonomously and alongside a supportive team.



Key Responsibilities:



* Manage planning projects, including applications, appeals, site promotions, and public inquiries



* Develop new business and maintain client relationships



* Mentor junior staff and support day-to-day operations



* Provide strategic planning advice to a variety of clients across multiple sectors



Requirements:



* Extensive planning experience, with a significant private sector background



* Chartered membership of the RTPI



* Strong interpersonal and communication skills



* Experience in business development and client management



* Ability to lead teams and manage project budgets



* Full UK driving licence



* Knowledge of managing tenders and proposals (Desirable)
