Position Summary:
The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) will play a key role in driving brand growth and strategy across our coffee portfolio. This position supports the development and execution of brand plans, new product innovation, and integrated marketing efforts across all consumer touchpoints. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and ensure flawless execution in market.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Leverage data and internal partners to shape short- and long-term brand strategies
- Support execution of brand plans and marketing tactics
Market & Competitive Analysis
- Analyze consumer trends, category dynamics, and competitive activity
- Leverage syndicated and internal data to uncover actionable insights
Innovation & Product Development
- Support new product initiatives from concept through launch
- Collaborate on positioning, packaging, pricing, and consumer testing
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Purchasing, and R&D
Event Coordination & Brand Activation
- Coordinate brand-related events, trade shows, and internal activations
- Manage logistics, timelines, and cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution
Asset Management & Content Creation
- Manage brand assets and content across internal share sites and digital platforms
- Assist in the creation and organization of marketing materials, product images, and brand guidelines
- Ensure consistent branding and accessibility of materials for internal teams
Coupon & Promotion Support
- Assist with coupon creation, distribution, and tracking across retail and digital channels
- Collaborate with Sales and Shopper Marketing to support promotional initiatives
Budget & Profitability
- Contribute to business cases through forecasting and P&L modeling
- Track and manage brand budgets to optimize resource allocation
Marketing & Communications
- Assist in developing integrated marketing plans across media, digital, and shopper channels
- Write creative briefs and partner with agencies to guide execution and evaluate performance in collaboration with Senior Brand Managers
Performance Tracking
- Monitor brand and product performance using data and insights
- Provide regular updates to the market team, highlighting wins, challenges, and learnings
Other Duties
- Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer goods (CPG), ideally in a consumer-centric company
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen )
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Passion for the food/beverage industry
- Experience with ecommerce is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
