Associate Attorney - Workers' Compensation (Fully Remote or Hybrid)

Job Description

Leading law firm is seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their growing NYC office. Firm offers opportunities for advancement and growth! Option to work fully remote or hybrid.

Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more areas: Civil Litigation, Insurance Defense and/or Workers' Compensation (Open to both defense or claimant's side).

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases
• File review and legal analysis of workers’ compensation claims
• Drafting of client correspondence
• Regularly representing clients at depositions and hearings

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in NY or NJ
• 1-3 years experience in workers compensation
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Base salary up to 125k DOE. Bonus + Benefits + Fully remote or hybrid
