Associate Architect - Technical Lead
We are proud to be partnering with the London studio of an award-winning international architecture practice renowned for its design excellence, technical rigour, and commitment to staff development. This thriving studio is seeking an experienced Technical Architect or Senior Technologist to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring robust technical expertise across all RIBA work stages, with a particular strength in delivering complex, large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate technical delivery across all project phases
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integrity and buildability
Produce and review detailed technical drawings and specifications
Contribute to project strategy, resourcing, and client liaison
Mentor junior staff and support their professional development
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in delivering large-scale residential, commercial mixed-use, or data centre projects
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methodologies
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant software
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ambition to grow into a leadership role - this position may be offered at Associate level
