Associate Architect

Epsom | £70,000–£80,000 DOE + Benefits

We’re working with a design-led practice looking to appoint an Associate Architect with a strong background in Life Science / Healthcare projects.

This is a key strategic hire, offering the opportunity to:

• Lead high-profile healthcare & life science schemes
• Bring and grow your existing client network
• Play a pivotal role in business development & project delivery
• Progress quickly to Equity Partner

What we’re looking for:

✔ 10+ years’ experience (non-residential focused)

✔ Strong track record in frameworks & winning work

✔ Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

✔ Knowledge of ISO standards, regs & H&S

✔ AutoCAD proficiency (Revit desirable)

What’s on offer:
