As and award winning practice, the team is known for delivering outstanding conservation and contemporary design projects alike.\n\nWhat you'll be doing \nAs an Associate Architect, you'll balance leadership, client engagement, and hands-on project delivery across all RIBA stages. You'll be trusted to manage large-scale conservation projects while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. \nYour key responsibilities as an Associate Architect will include: \n·Leading projects of significance from concept to completion.
\n·Managing client and stakeholder relationships at senior levels. \n·Overseeing and mentoring a team of architects and assistants, ensuring collaboration and excellence. \n·Supporting business development and helping to secure new opportunities.
\n·Contributing to strategic studio growth and long-term planning.\n\nWhat you'll bring \nTo thrive as an Associate Architect, you'll need: \n·An abundance of post qualification experience in the UK. \n·Proven ability to lead multi-million-pound projects confidently. \n·Strong leadership, client management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
\n·Experience in conservation architecture or heritage projects. \n·Excellent understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations. \n·NEC4 contract experience.
\n·Commercial awareness and experience in project financial management. \n·Understanding of Revit/BIM (not essential but advantageous). \n·Eligibility for UK Security Clearance - you must have lived in the UK continuously for the last three years.\n\nWhy join this team \nAs an Associate Architect, you'll be joining a team where career development is embedded in the culture.
