Our Jackson, WI plant is eagerly seeking a Production Team Lead to join our 2nd shift team!

Key Responsibilities & Qualification Requirements:

• This is a key hands-on, working Lead position, and will be the right hand to our current supervisor.
• Lead Production Team in the daily production tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Plant Manager.
• Operate a mixing machine and performing associated tasks, loader operation, forklift operation, troubleshooting, bagging and stacking of product.
• Solid experience in either operating loader machinery, a mixer or forklift is desired. We are willing to train the right candidate!
• Identify areas of need, and rotate stations/positions to assist in areas that require additional support (bagging/stacking, forklift, loader, mixing machine, labeling, etc)
• Communicate frequently and effectively with the Shift Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Production Associates to relay important information regarding production, equipment status, safety, and other situations.
• Confidence and ability to act as a leader to the crew of 4-6 individuals that are working on the production line
  
• Strong attention to detail is a must, along with the ability to keep accurate records and follow procedures
• Previous Lead or Supervisory experience is desired.
• As a key position, excellent attendance is required.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work
• Pass a post-offer drug screen & background check
• Ability to work 2:15pm-12:45am Monday-Thursday. Seasonal overtime as needed

Pay & Perks:

• Hourly rate, $21+ per hour, depending on experience.
• Additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for working 2nd shift.

This position will require sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50lbs, stooping, climbing, seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, reading, tolerance to cold or warm temperatures based on the weather conditions.
