Assistant Site Manager \n Location: Nottingham\n Employer: Tier 1 Maintenance Contractor\n Sector: Social Housing\n\nAbout the Role:\n We are seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a major social housing window and door replacement programme across Nottingham. Working with a leading Tier 1 maintenance contractor, you will help ensure this multi-year programme is delivered safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. \nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up, gain large-programme experience, and work within a well-structured and supportive delivery team.

\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations across occupied and void social housing properties\nSupport the coordination of trades, subcontractors, materials, and programme schedules\nCarry out daily site inspections to ensure work meets quality and compliance standards\nMaintain high levels of resident communication and customer care\nEnsure all works adhere to health & safety policies, RAMS, and industry regulations\nSupport progress reporting, site documentation, and updates to internal teams and the client\nHelp manage access arrangements, surveys, snagging, and sign-off processes\nRequirements:\n\nExperience in social housing planned works or maintenance (windows/doors experience desirable)\nStrong organisational and communication skills\nAbility to work with in occupied homes professionally and respectfully\nUnderstanding of site compliance, H&S, and quality standards\nSMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, or equivalent qualifications \nFull UK driving licence
