Role:Assistant Site Manager\nLocation: Huddersfield \nNew Build Housing\nPermanent role\nCompetitive salary plus package - Salary is negotiable depending on experience\nImmediate interviewsThe role\n\nLinsco is working with a developer is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager based in the Huddersfield area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with house builder experience to join a well-established and award-winning company.\n\nSome duties\n\nMaintain and deliver the build programme in accordance with budgets and forecasts. Ensuring that the final product is to the highest standard\nWork with Site Staff assisting the Site Manager\nLiaison with head office, NHBC and local authority departments\nTimely ordering of materials ensuring the build programme can be achieved\nEnsure all NHBC inspections are carried out as required\nCarry out hand over inspection of properties to the customers in accordance with our customer care procedures\nComplete as soon as practicably possible any customer care defects raised in conjunction with our customer care team\nActively encourage a philosophy of safety, progress, quality and innovation\nKnowledge and experience of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.\nExcellent knowledge of construction build programme\nStrong commercial awareness\nComprehensive knowledge of construction processes\nExperience of successfully achieving customer service requirements\nAwareness of codes of practice that impact on Construction matters e.g.
