Assistant Site Manager - Internals - Immediate Start (3-Month Contract)\n\nCardiff | High-Rise New Build Project\n £250 per day | Weekly Pay\n\nFull-Time | Site-Based | Immediate Start\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager (Internals) to support the delivery of a large-scale high-rise residential new build in Cardiff. This is a great opportunity to join a well-structured site team on a 3-month contract with immediate start.\n\nRole Overview:\n\nReporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing internal fit-out packages from 1st fix through to completion. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to step up or gain further experience on a major scheme.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\n\nSupport the coordination of internal trades (drylining, carpentry, M&E, finishes, etc.)\nMonitor progress, quality, and compliance with programme schedules\nAssist with daily site operations, inductions, and health & safety enforcement\nLiaise with subcontractors and ensure site standards are upheld\nReport regularly to the senior site team Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience in an assistant site management role on residential or high-rise builds\nStrong knowledge of internal fit-out stages\nCSCS card required; SMSTS or SSSTS \nProactive, reliable, and confident on-site\nImmediately available for a site-based role in Cardiff Contract Details:\n\n3-month contract\n£250 per day \nImmediate start\nBased on-site in CardiffTo apply, contact:\n Tracy Redfern\n\n(url removed)\n\nBuilding Careers UK specialises in Construction and Property recruitment and serves as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
