Assistant Site Manager – High-Rise Residential Project (South West London)\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced and well-rounded Assistant Site Manager to join a major high-rise residential development in South London.\n\nProject Overview:\n\n * Landmark residential tower (36 storeys)\n\n * Structure currently progressing up to Level 14\n\n * Phase transitioning into envelope, façade, and external works\n\n * Fast-paced, high-profile build environment\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\n * Support site management team in day-to-day operations\n\n * Strong focus on external works, envelope, and façade delivery\n\n * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure programme milestones are achieved\n\n * Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control\n\n * Assist in driving progress through later-stage structural and external packages\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\n * Proven experience on large-scale residential or high-rise projects\n\n * Strong understanding of externals / façade / envelope packages ( emphasis)\n\n * Confident, proactive, and capable of managing subcontractor coordination\n\n * A well-rounded Assistant Site Manager ready to step up in responsibility\n\nSalary:\n\n * £45,000 – £50,000 base\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a major scheme at a critical stage of delivery, with strong progression potential on a flagship development.\n\n If you're interested or would like more details, please get in touch
