Gleam Car Wash - Assistant Site ManagerSite: Gleam II, 15911 E Colfax Avenue, Aurora COJune 13, 2025 Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for sales momentum, specifically sales training, goal setting and achieving re memberships and washes. This includes training staff, re-training staff, and thorough knowledge of the point of sale, DRB.
- Maintaining and servicing all equipment, including the lot, tunnel, point of sale, etc.
- Responsible facility cleanliness, including personally cleaning as well as training and overseeing. This includes but is not limited to different types of pressure washing throughout the site and in the tunnel, but also includes general cleanliness of office, bathrooms, break rooms etc.
- Training new staff; retraining existing employees.
- Keeping staff on task.
- Adjusting schedules (day to day as needs/weather dictates).
- Interacting with customers.
- Detailing.
- Damage complaints.
- Other duties as needed.
SalaryCommensurate with experience, starting at $19.30/hour with significant upward momentum given experience and aptitude.
RequiredSales experience. Strong communications skills. Basic computer skills. Good attitude. Previous car wash experiencs a plus but not required.
