Assistant Site Manager – Main Contractor (Oxfordshire)\nSalary: Competitive + package (car allowance, bonus, pension, CPD, 25 days holiday + bank holidays)\n\nWe have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a leading main contractor, working on £multi-million new build and refurbishment projects across Oxfordshire.\n\nThe first project you’ll be part of is a high-spec technical facility for a global organisation, where you’ll join a high-performing site team to deliver the programme, quality, and safety to the highest standards.\n\nWith a strong pipeline of future projects, our client also offers clear progression opportunities, supporting the right candidate to progress into a Site Manager role within an agreed timeframe.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs an Assistant Site Manager, you will:\n\n * \n\n Support the Senior Site Manager in the day-to-day running of site operations.\n\n * \n\n Help deliver programme, quality, and safety targets.\n\n * \n\n Work closely with design and commercial teams to problem solve and achieve objectives.\n\n * \n\n Build strong working relationships with trade supervisors and subcontractors.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n A construction background with a genuine enthusiasm for the built environment.\n\n * \n\n A driven, hands-on individual keen to learn and progress.\n\n * \n\n Strong communication and teamwork skills, aligned with company values of collaboration and problem solving.\n\n * \n\n Preferably hold SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certifications.
