Assistant Site Manager\nNorth Yorkshire\nSector: Regional Build\n£35k - £45k + Car Allowance/Vehicle + Package (Depending on Level and Experience) \n\nFollowing a great meeting with this well established construction company who have secured a number of negotiated larger contracts, they have identified the need to strengthen their management team by appointing an assistant site manager. \n\nProjects would be in the commercial, industrial and refurbishment sectors up to £8m predominantly in the Yorkshire region – Although the first project would be in North Yorkshire. \n\nJob Role & Responsibilities:\n\nThe role would be assisting an experienced site manager with duties to include: \n\n•\tSite Setup\n•\tDaily Diaries, Tool Box Talks \n•\tOverseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved \n•\tEnsuring RAMS and Company H&S procedures are adhered to\n•\tLiaison with architect, Clerks of Works & other stakeholders\n\nQualifications/Background:\n•\tRecognised construction related qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND etc)\n•\tSMSTS, CSCS, First Aid\n•\tIdeally will have worked in the industrial & commercial sectors\n\nThey are offering a very competitive salary, car/allowance, company pension and are very stable financially.\n\nFor full details of the role please click the link to apply or contact me on (phone number removed) or forward your CV in confidence to (url removed)
