Company Information:



A developer is seeking a freelance Assistant Site Manager to provide support for a Housing Development project in Nottingham. The position offers a daily rate of up to £255.



Job Duties:



Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers

Monitor progress and quality of work

Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Required Qualifications:



SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

First Aid certification

Valid Driving Licence

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:



Experience in new build housing projects

Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Working Conditions:



On-site work in various weather conditions

Frequent interaction with construction team members and stakeholders
