This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their construction management career who is ready to take the next step and grow with an established company.\n\nYou'll be supported by a Senior Site Manager with longstanding experience in the business, ensuring you gain hands-on mentorship and a clear development path.\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nEarly career in construction management or looking to transition from a trade background (e.g., joinery).\n\nSome experience in the construction industry (e.g., site-based work experience, apprenticeships, junior roles).\n\nAmbitious and motivated to learn, with strong organisational and communication skills.\n\nKeen to develop into a long-term leadership role within the company.\n\nProject Details:\n\nFit-outs and refurbishments across commercial and industrial sectors.\n\nTypical project values: £100K - £3M\n\nProject durations: 5 weeks - 5 months\n\nTypical Duties:\n\nSupport the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations and construction activities.\n\nCoordinate with subcontractors and ensure works are progressing to schedule.\n\nHelp maintain a safe site and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.\n\nAssist with maintaining site documentation and reporting on progress.\n\nLiaise with the client and subcontractors.\n\nProgression:\n\nThis is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop within a growing company, working closely with experienced leadership on high-value projects
