Location: London & Home Counties\n Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + package\n Our client is a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality new build, residential, and refurbishment schemes across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team.\n The Role\n You will work alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers across multiple projects, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.\n Key Responsibilities\n \nAssisting with cost planning, procurement, and tendering \nSupporting subcontractor management and valuations \nPreparing and reviewing interim applications and final accounts \nAssisting with variations and cost reporting \nLiaising with site teams and subcontractors Requirements\n \n1–3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role \nExperience within new build, residential, and refurbishment projects \nDegree or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar \nStrong commercial awareness and willingness to learn Package\n \n£35,000 – £45,000 salary \n25 days annual leave \n5% pension \nDiscretionary bonus scheme \nClear progression into Quantity Surveyor level
