Are you an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with a background in Interior fit outs or Refurbishment projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry leading Property Services Contractor, who are currently on the look out for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their office in Derbyshire. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be playing an integral role in overseeing the commercial success of our refurbishment projects and ensuring the long-term viability and success of the business.

What are we looking for?

• A proven Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has commercial experience in refurbishment projects.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying
• A strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
• Manage day to day cost control & monitoring & reporting
• Process Sub contractor requests for payment via application & invoice
• On-boarding of Sub contractors/suppliers
