Assistant Quantity Surveyor in HP2 7BT

Carmichael are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in Hemal Hempstead. You would work across a variety of civils projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience with civils and groundwork experience

Variation/Compensation Event notices & quotations

Cost tracking

Assisting with forecasting / CVRs

Measures / take offs – need to have experience of using bluebeam

Assisting with material procurement

Site visits

Site meetings

Record keeping

Role will include working across numerous civils/infrastructure projects ranging in value up to £4m

Requires CSCS card

A full clean driving licence is required for this role
