Pinnacle are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, for a contractor based in london, who have lots of interesting and complex rail projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in managing the commercial aspects of railway track-work and infrastructure projects.\n\n * Support with the preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents, and contracts.\n\n * Contribute to the financial and contractual administration of various workstreams.\n\n * Help monitor project costs, ensuring financial control and reporting against budgets.\n\n * Collaborate with project teams, design teams, and clients to support project delivery.\n\n * Undertake site visits as required to support commercial activities.\n\nExperience:\n\n * \n\n Some relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management is beneficial, ideally within a construction, infrastructure, or rail environment.\n\nAspirations:\n\n * An ambitious and motivated individual looking to build a career in the railway sector.\n\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\n * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.\n\n * Proficiency in relevant software applications for quantity surveying and project management is a plus.\n\n * A keen interest in rail and infrastructure projects.\n\nSalary is upto £37,000 plus package.\n\nIf you are interested and want to hear more about this please apply today to hear more
