Key aspects of the role:



* Working with the senior teams to deliver Social Housing frameworks and understand the industry.



* Regularly visit sites to track progress, record variations, and support cost reconciliation to keep void refurbishments and regeneration projects within budget.



* Assist in budgeting and tracking costs for phased regeneration works, ensuring value for money while meeting community and housing standards.



* Assess and estimate costs for bringing empty (void) properties back to a habitable standard, including repairs, compliance upgrades, and redecoration.



What you’ll need:



* Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent



* 2-4 years’ experience Quantity Surveying



* UK Driving Licence



* Experience in refurbishment, ideally Social Housing.



* Right to work in the UK
