The Role
You’ll be the right hand to our Project Managers, turning chaos into on-time, on-budget masterpieces. Think of yourself as the air-traffic controller for neon pylons, LED monuments, and wayfinding systems that span 50 states.
What You’ll Do Every Day
Own the admin game: Schedule kick-offs, progress checks, and close-outs in Microsoft Teams/Outlook. Prep packets (survey photos, permits, shop drawings) so PMs walk into meetings ready to shine.
Track every moving part: Update project timelines in ShopVox / Smartsheet. Flag delays on fabrication or freight before they become drama.
Talk to everyone: Ping fabricators for build status, shippers for tracking numbers, and install crews for crane schedules. Send polished client updates that say “we’ve got this.”
Permitting ninja: Assist PMs Submit municipal applications, chase approvals, and build code-check spreadsheets that prevent costly redo’s.
Paperwork hero: Enter manufacturing orders, verify BOMs (bill of materials), scan COIs, and trigger invoicing the moment the last screw is torqued.

Must-Haves
- 1–3 years in project coordination (construction, signage, or branding = huge bonus).
- Wizard-level Microsoft Office + at least one PM tool (Shopvox, Procore, Smartsheet).
- Superb verbal/written skills—clients range from boutique chains to Fortune-500 Healthcare teams.
- High-school diploma; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in business/construction management .
Nice-to-Haves
- Read shop drawings without squinting.
- Know the difference between a pylon and a monument (we’ll teach you the rest).
