Position Qualifications :

  • 4-Year Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience, working knowledge and thorough comprehension with Construction Design and Plans.
  • Experience and working knowledge with scheduling software is a plus. (CPM)
  • OSHA 10/30 Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and business management skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Procore or project management software.
  • Ability to write, review and edit cost narratives.
  • Ability to review accurate take-offs and estimate from conceptual and schematic drawings.
  • Ability to review and understand construction specifications and complete scope of work.
  • Excellent research skills are necessary.
  • Ability to manage time, organize and utilize all available resources to meet strict deadlines and achieve expected goals.
  • Must be detailed oriented, self-starter and have ability to function in high-stress situations.


Position Summary:

  • Assists and attends meetings with or for the Project Manager.
  • Studies and understands project drawings, specifications, subcontractor agreements.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation in Procore including contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittal and procurement logs, and meeting minutes.
  • Ensure requirements of contracts and scopes of work are met.
  • Assists in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements are enforced, and weekly safety meetings are held.
  • Assists with monthly WIP reports.
  • Assists Project Manager with proactively managing material procurement to meet the construction schedule.
  • Assists Superintendent and/or Project Manager in generating the CPM schedule and managing updates.
  • Assist with the review and coding of invoices appropriately. Check for accuracy and compare to cost to complete forecast.
  • Responsible for maintaining owner, subcontractor, and client relationships.

  • Estimate, prepare, and negotiate Change Orders
  • Assist with managing punch list and close out processes.
  • Assists Project Manager & Superintendent with day-to-day operations and project management.

Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
