***MINIMUM TWO YEARS OF FIRE ALARM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***

We’re currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing office team. This person will play a key role in supporting our fire alarm division — helping coordinate scheduling, maintain compliance documentation, and assist with customer and AHJ communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create service work orders and schedule technicians.
• Process service, work orders, and inspection reports for fire alarm systems in preparation for invoicing.
• Prepare and submit compliance documents and testing certificates.
• Assist with permit applications, submittals, and project closeout packages.
• Maintain records of monitoring accounts.
• Support the fire alarm project manager with proposals, invoicing, and correspondence.
• Answer and direct customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative or office experience required (construction or fire protection ).
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems a must.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
