Location: Reston, Virginia (remote flexibility)
Reports To: Director of Dry Utility Coordination
DFM Development Services has a need to hire an internal Assistant Project Manager to assist with various tasks within our unique multi-disciplined consulting operation that supports our real estate developer clients throughout the Metro DC Region.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct dry utility assessments for current and prospective clients as requested.
- Support project initiation by submitting work order requests and coordinating project kickoff calls.
- Compile and distribute meeting minutes for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain client folders and reference materials for easy access and use.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with utility providers and their contractors.
- Collaborate effectively with DFM Development Services, LLC and Muller team members.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Strong verbal, reading, and writing communication skills.
- Excellent business writing and administrative abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
